We are not often taught this in our childhoods, and many of us haven’t seen this example in our parents or families either.
Before our 2023 comes to a close - don’t be afraid to answer the call for your own change and self growth! ✨🌱
Especially if you have been experiencing hardships, new realizations, being ‘extra’ triggered, or feeling stuck in unfulfilling life circumstances - take a stand for your own happiness and success! 🎇
Invest in yourself by investing in inner-work guidance, whether this is a particular teacher, book, class, etc.📚🎨
Here’s to new waves of inner-understandings, and fulfilling your new life manifestations! 💜👏😇

Forgiveness is the ultimate key to experiencing peace within. When we forgive others, AND ourselves, we offer ourselves freedom to move and live beyond our trauma and pain 💛
Self forgiveness is often what we think of last when it comes to forgiveness. As we live our lives, we constantly put ourselves down, due to disempowering programs, attachments to our past mistakes, protection patterns, mentalities, etc. 😕
How do we change this? We reinstall “we are good enough” programs, liberating our minds, and offering forgiveness over and over again 🕊🌟
Today, envision yourself within your heart, bring your hands to your heart and recite this mantra to YOU. I recommend you keep repeating out loud until you actually feel an energetic shift in your body. YES the words are that powerful!! ⚡🙌
In taking a step further, I invite you to ponder - what do you need to forgive yourself for? 💗
I know it's tricky, but if you take just a few minutes to really listen to yourself, your younger self, or what your body has been through, the answer will come 🙏😇

For this episode, I brought Carly back to discuss some different, disempowering experiences we may have during the holiday season, and how we can start changing our holiday experience for the best!
Are the holidays usually a positive experience for you? What are your usual overall feelings about the holidays, and what’s something you’d like to shift about your typical experience?
In order to change how we feel and our experience, it’s helpful to start with setting an intention 🙌
From there, we’ll dive into different ‘tasks’ we can give ourselves for interacting with our family members, and practices we can do to create a foundation of support for ourselves, which will then help us be a space holder of support for others during our gatherings 🫶
