Everything is energy.
And so the thoughts we think (even subconsciously!) carry with them a certain vibration. As such, it’s important that we examine our thoughts from time to time to make sure they’re in alignment with our intentions for our life.
Sometimes our thought patterns are rooted in a misperception.
If we don’t take the time to examine (and ultimately re-evaluate) them, then our lives can be taken in directions we weren’t necessarily intending. So try to get clear on what you’re telling yourself.
What is it that you’re thinking? Why?
