Becoming an Unconditional Human requires aligning the Heart and the mind. The HeartWork is a surprisingly liberating process that moves through the barriers and patterns to end the suffering.
My greatest joy is walking with my clients as they learn personal empowerment through self-discovery. Being open to allowing, accepting, and appreciating ourselves unapologetically, and being able to offer that freedom to others, is the result of our heartwork.
Our reality changes with our expanding consciousness, leading us to see the world differently. We become more discerning, compassionate and patient with ourselves and our lives when we have new perceptions. To manifest our dreams, we must know why they are important to us! But we also need to first be connected with ourselves, and understand how we manifested our present NOW reality.
We often want our lives to be different than they are but have no idea how to get there. The answer begins with you and why you do what you do in your life.

I have been dedicated to discovering what unconditional love is for much of my life, and I am excited to guide you in doing the same. Being able to experience this for yourself, allows for authentic love, happiness, freedom and peace to become our lives, regardless of how others show up.

I will help you begin to see yourself, what you think, what you say, your rules, limiting beliefs, patterns, etc. So you will naturally realize and see more through your growing curiosity and expanded consciousness. As this happens, we will align your newly expanded self with the new reality you want to create.
